I want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service, responsiveness and the general way you conduct business. We have recommended Alpha Cars to others because of our satisfaction with your quality vehicles, impeccable service department and Dmitrys’ attention to detail. I found Alpha Cars via a web search in 2001 and have used this dealer exclusively (4 vehicle purchases). My latest, a 2003 Mercedes E500 is exactly as advertised – one owner, dealer serviced and maintained. The time and effort that each member of Alpha Cars puts into the inspection, service and delivery of the vehicles is second to none. Guaranteed – my next purchase will be through Alpha Cars.

After shopping for new mid-priced cars, I realized none of them appealed to me, and so I decided to buy a used luxury car instead. I found AlphaCars on Craig's List, and upon arrival I was impressed by several things: the showroom is impeccable--kind of a post-and-beam home for cars; Dmitry, the owner, took a lot of time explaining the qualities of various cars; and at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. On the contrary, the entire process was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had.

The BMW I had been interested in had just been sold, but I ended up buying a 2004 Mercedes Kompressor coupe. I LOVE this car: it handles smoothly, is comfortable to drive in, is a beautiful color (midnight blue), and has terrific features such as a six-CD Bose stereo, heated leather seats, and dual sunroofs. I also have a 90-day warranty in which I can bring the car back in for repairs. I am very happy that I bought this vehicle and have told a number of people about my positive experience with AlphaCars.

• Yahoo User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by abdel_motaleb. Mercedes E500-An Out of State Purchase Experience: When I decided to buy a Mercedes, I decided to have a car that has all the options I need. I checked Yahoo auto and found that AlphaCars has the car of my dream: Mercedes Benz E500, 4matic, keyless go, distronic, and sport. Since AlphaCars is in Massachusetts and I am from Chicago, I was wondering about how the dealer will deal with somebody from out of the state. I call Dimitry, the owner of AlphaCars, and negotiated the price. He was very reasonable and I got a car that is about 4K less than its market value. He assured me that I will be given one month warranty from him and he will make everything possible to meet my needs. I asked Dimitry to change the oil, the break fluid, the steering fluid, and the transmission fluid. He agreed. Then I asked him to change the break pads and align the tires. He agreed. He asked if there is anything else I want him to do. I could not think of any, but I said when I see the car I may ask for other things. He assured me that he will do every thing I ask.
  
  I took the plane to Boston on a Friday morning and went to a Hotel where he picked me up. I went to his dealership where I saw the car. I checked the car and I found small scratches of about ½ an inch. I asked him to take car of these scratches. He did. The next day I discovered one more that he did take car of. I checked the car and asked he to paint it, he did. I checked the car in and out and when I could not find anything else to ask him to do I decided to purchase the car. His wife Olga provided me with a very low interest loan. After she finished all the paper, I was ready next day, Saturday, to head back to Chicago with my new MB E500.
  
  This was a new experience for me with a car dealer. AlphaCars are different from all other dealers that I dealt with in the past. At AphaCars you not only buy a good car, you enjoy buying it.

The approach to sales was never pushy; it took us several months to make a decision and the staff at AlphaCars worked with us the entire time. I always felt that they were interested in us, and would work hard to make the deal happen. Eventually we arrived at a point where everyone was comfortable. I would not hesitate to return there for another car purchase.
  
  After the sale, there was some unanticipated service work that arose. This was handled promptly and fairly, with no argument – almost unheard of from an auto dealership. The “you own it now, it’s your problem” attitude that is so common in private party sales and large used car dealerships simply doesn’t exist here. AlphaCars really aims to keep its customers happy. A satisfied customer will return and will refer friends – I plan on doing both.
  
  Regarding service, the service manager, Tony is a model of politeness and personal service. We have had only minor work done, but the experience has been flawless. If you are considering buying a BMW or Mercedes, consider AlphaCars. You won’t be disappointed.

·         Yahoo User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by kidsonic123. Service is TOP notch!: I couldn't agree with you more about the exceptional car values you get from AlphaCars, but to me, post-sale service is more important and Tony (SvcMgr) is fabulous.
What I mean is that you'll have a brief fling with sales (in buying your car), but it is service with which you'll have a long term relationship.
I've been with AlphaCars for a couple of years now and I don't see me going anywhere else. I have a small fleet of four cars and I have Tony take care of them all, because I trust him & his crew (Andrew in particular). Can others (non-AlphaCars customers) say that about their car mechanics?

At AlphaCars it is "buy smarter (get a lot more for your money)!" Normally, I can only afford one nice car at a time. Well, at AlphaCars I was able to buy two really nice cars for the price of one (new one). Not only does AlphaCars bring in exceptionally nice cars, the (sales & service) staff is even more exceptional. Nothing is perfect, but their vehicles are as perfect as can be and AlphaCars go out of their way to make sure of that. I was so happy with the first one that I bought a 2nd (even nicer) one about 4 months later. This is something I have never done before - buy two cars from the SAME dealer in such a short time. Now we both drive really nice cars and at the SAME time... :-) :-)
